Daisuke Ohata x Downtown DXDX

Daisuke Ohata

He was a former rugby player. He started playing rugby in the third grade of elementary school, and after attending Tokai University Ohsei High School and Kyoto Sangyo University, he joined Kobe Steel in 1998. In 2003, he played for Montferrand in France. He was active as a winger and try scorer for the Japanese national team from his student days. He also served as captain and played in the World Cup in 1999 and 2003. He has 58 caps for the Japanese national team. He retired from active play at the end of the 2010-2011 season. He is an ambassador for Kobe Steel Kobelco Steelers, a member of the Athletes' Committee of the Tokyo Organising Committee of the Olympic and Paralympic Games, and an ambassador for the 2019 Rugby World Cup.

As the Rugby World Cup gains momentum, ambassador Daisuke Ohata appeared on Nippon Television's popular program "Downtown DX."

Ohata is known to have been a fan of Ritmo Latino MILANO, a watch brand handled by Zen Style.

Of course, he appeared wearing Ritmo Latino this time as well.

Among the items introduced in the Fashion Check section, there are several brands for which Zen Style is the exclusive import agent in Japan, so we will start by introducing the familiar Ritmo Latino.

The Ritmo that Ohata currently uses is a camouflage face model of the square, interchangeable automatic model "Quattro Auto."

The belt was replaced with a white galuchat belt.

The Quattro Auto comes in four styles: "Classico," "Mosaico," "Mare," and Ohata's "Camo," and each is sold with a Milanese strap.

This time, we will be selling a special "Camo" model with white garuchat as the "Ohata Model."

Recently, we have also seen customers using brands other than Ritmo.

On his feet he wears URBAN SUN, an Italian sneaker brand that is attracting attention as the next big thing.

Ohata loves Urban Sun's popular "ANDRE" series.

It features a camouflage pattern on the sole and a strap on the heel.

Above all, they have earned high praise for their highly cushioned comfort, which means you won't get tired even when wearing them for long periods of time.

The large black bag is also from the Italian brand "SAVE MY BAG."

Save My Bag was originally created as a "bag-in-bag" to store and protect your favorite bag, but its design, coloring, and ease of use quickly made it a popular choice as a main bag.

The color Ohata is using is PRINCIPE's NERO.

Save My Bag has many women's sizes, so the larger Principe series is a welcome addition for men.

The design and size are impactful, but the calm color scheme brings it all together nicely.

I am very grateful to receive inquiries such as, "I'm looking for a watch by Ohata that I saw on TV or in a magazine."

Please continue to check out Ohata's items and styling in the future!

Japanese rugby, which Ohata loves and has led, is starting to become popular on the world stage!

Japanese rugby may be at its most interesting right now.

Rugby is not a sport that many people are familiar with, but I hope that this year's World Cup will encourage people to become interested in it.

Let's all support the Rugby World Cup!
