The watch boldly incorporates the motif of freccione (Italian for "big arrow"), a characteristic of the Ref. 1655 Explorer 2.
( The Ref. 1655 Explorer II is also known as Steve McQueen.
And it was made with a silky terry stitch, a technique entirely new to the clothing sector, made from recycled fibers typical of luxury carpets.

Above the arrow is the McQueen lettering, created using the same process.
Still suitable for cold weather, the garment is also made from 100% recycled fibres.

The brand's first graphic painting was the GMT hand, an arrow indicating the second time zone, inspired by the 1979 model of the GMT Master, which was adopted as the official watch of Pan American World Airways.

The edges of the Plexiglas and the depth of the aged dial evoke the people who have worn this watch to get to where it is today.
And we were inspired by the reflections of the metal that came to life.

We began this adventure like one of those explorers who set out to climb Everest in 1953, wearing a Rolex Oyster watch.
I don't know what's at the top of this mountain.
