The brand was founded in 2003 in Alzenau, Bavaria, Germany by Russian designer Alexander Shorokhov.
The models created by combining German precision technology, traditional Russian engraving techniques, and Shorokhoff's original design are artistic, in line with the ``Art on the Wrist'' concept.
Many models have been nominated for German design awards and have even won the German Design Award.

Each model is produced by a single watchmaker, who handwrites the time difference and even signs the guarantee card.
The movement visible from the back of the mechanical watch is engraved, giving not only the artistic dial but also the case back an attractive finish.

LOS CRANEOS II
Loscraneos

A collection of automatic dual time watches that display two time zones on the dial.

The first limited series of the "Los Craneos" model was dedicated to the famous Mexican painter Frida Kahlo.
The successor model is also designed with a skull, but shows Frida Kahlo's bright and colorful side.
Unlike its predecessor, the skull is decorated with colorful enamel, making it look very emotive, vibrant and unique.
The colour of each individual enamel piece is meticulously selected to convey an artistic emotion.
The use of transparent enamel gives the color depth.
The base of each individual skull sector is highlighted by a fine matte that the sculptor creates by hand using a special stylus.

Then, as in the Aztec case, the individual sectors are artistically designed in the Mexican tradition.
The individual sectors and their elements are created to be divided into hours to make the time easier to read.

Alexander Shorokhoff also produces high-quality mechanical watches using art objects.
The basic dial colors are now more familiar.

Compared to the first model, it is produced in noble hues of champagne and grey.
The dial is yellow gold plated and decorated with 62 studs.

The housings of the two automatic movements remain in stainless steel, while the rotors are hand-engraved and refined.
Each movement can be seen through the skeleton back.

Overall, the new version of this watch is more approachable, more creative, more emotional and fully corresponds to the art of Frida Kahlo.
