The brand was founded in 2003 in Alzenau, Bavaria, Germany by Russian designer Alexander Shorokhov.
The models created by combining German precision technology, traditional Russian engraving techniques, and Shorokhoff's original design are artistic, in line with the ``Art on the Wrist'' concept.
Many models have been nominated for German design awards and have even won the German Design Award.

Each model is produced by a single watchmaker, who handwrites the time difference and even signs the guarantee card.
The movement visible from the back of the mechanical watch is engraved, giving not only the artistic dial but also the case back an attractive finish.

With his watch "Barbara," Alexander Shorokhoff pays tribute to Barbara Dennerline, one of the greatest jazz musicians of our time, who became famous for her performances on the Hammond organ.

This model was designed in response to Barbara's avant-garde playing.
She is depicted with a treble clef that cannot fit into the frame, a colorful and vibrant background, and organ keys surrounding it.
It is limited to 169 pieces and has won the German Design Award "Special Award".
